Welcome to the Lions Club Sliema Web Site.
The Board of Directors felt that the great amount of philanthropic
work performed by members of the Club should be brought to the
attention of other Lions Worldwide and to the public in general.

Chartered in 1974, Lions Club Sliema Malta .........
In 2003 the Club joined the other Clubs to set up a Lions Cornea
Bank at the St. Luke’s Hospital. Both these projects were partly
funded by the Lions Clubs International Foundation under the
SightFirst Programme.
This year the Club shall continue contributing a considerable amount
towards Lions’ Campaign SightFirst II, whose aim is to raise a
minimum of US$150 million so as to achieve the goal of saving the
vision of 37 million people from preventable blindness.

Club Meetings:
LIONS CLUB SLIEMA meets every first and third Wednesday of the
month at the VICTORIA HOTEL, Borg Olivier Street, Sliema.
Meetings commence at 19:00 hours.
