During the evening the president recognises contributions made by members and may present a certificate or small gift.
Moreover, the Melvyn Jones is awarded. Each award are depending on the amount contributed during the year to Lions Clubs International Foundation (LCIF). There will be a number of awards.
The president applies for this award and through consultation with a number of members, members and non-members may be nominated to receive this award.
